Testimonials

  • “Rosemary was brought on board as a consultant to oversee Cromlix’s transition from being run by a hotel management company to being self managed. This included establishing new systems and procedures, recruiting a new senior management team and being key part of a rebrand of Cromlix. She has been a total pleasure to work with throughout this process. She has added an invaluable dimension to this exciting project. As a Non Exec Board Director of Cromlix I welcome what I’m sure will be her on going participation".

  • We found Rosemary through a LinkedIn search and we have never looked back. From the very beginning she gave us a great deal of comfort that we were heading in the right direction and with a helping hand we could really drive the business forward. Rosemary conducted a full business review for us and smoothed off all the rough edges we had before scoping out our marketing requirements and joining us on a re-branding journey. Every step of the way Rosemary was the consummate professional and helped us navigate a tender process before guiding us to the agency that was right for us. We are over the moon with the results and we are so happy to be taking our business to market with a fresh look and spring in our step. I couldn’t recommend her services highly enough.

  • “My 'hospitality Guru' organised me with a wealth of knowledge and experience. I had the pleasure or working with Rosemary for 18 months when we were tasked with bringing the venue Ardoch to a wider audience. Ardoch often described as one of Scotland’s hidden gems was to be opened up to new markets. I was constantly impressed with how good at organising and multitasking, new website, new branding, budgets and sales mixes, sales and marketing strategies, giving me advice on interiors and offerings and getting me the right help where needed. Her enthusiasm was infectious and helped me drive the business to what is looking like a bright future, she has laid the foundations for a successful business. Whoever her next client is will be in safe hands. We have since re-engaged Rosemary to assist with the next stage of our development."
